Scope
These Website Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to the Technobita corporate website at technobita.com, including its pages, forms and content. By using the website you agree to these Terms.
Paid project work for clients is governed by separate signed documents such as a proposal, statement of work, master services agreement or other contract. Technobita products have their own product terms. These Terms do not replace either.
About Technobita
The website is operated by Technobita LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company in the United States.

Using the website
The website is provided for lawful business information, communication and project enquiries. You must not:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its systems or any data
- Interfere with the security, availability or integrity of the website
- Upload malicious files or submit content that is unlawful, infringing or harmful
- Scrape, harvest or copy website content in an abusive or automated manner beyond normal search-engine indexing
- Submit false information or impersonate another person or business
Website information and pricing
Information on the website, including service descriptions, capabilities, examples, diagrams and work stories, is general information about how Technobita approaches software and AI engineering. It is not a binding proposal or a commitment to deliver a particular result.
Where the website shows starting prices or investment ranges, these are directional only. Actual scope, deliverables, timing and price require an agreed commercial document between you and Technobita.
Project enquiries
Submitting the Start a Project form, a campaign landing page form or a contact message:
- Does not create a client relationship with Technobita
- Does not guarantee that Technobita will accept the project
- Does not automatically create a non-disclosure agreement
- Does not transfer ownership of your idea, product or material to Technobita
- Gives Technobita limited permission to review the submitted material so that we can evaluate and respond to your enquiry
We review enquiries and may respond with questions, a recommendation, a proposal, or an explanation that the project is not a fit.
Submitted material and confidentiality
You should only submit material that you have the right to share. You are responsible for the content of what you submit, including any files you upload.
Technobita will use submitted material only as reasonably necessary to evaluate and respond to your enquiry, unless another agreement between us applies. We handle submitted material in line with our Privacy Policy.
A public website submission is not a non-disclosure agreement. If your project involves information that needs additional contractual protection, tell us and we can discuss a separate NDA or confidentiality arrangement before you share it.
Similar ideas and independent work
Technobita builds its own software products and works with clients across similar markets. Ideas, features and product concepts often overlap. Submitting an idea to Technobita does not prevent Technobita from independently developing, or working with others on, similar concepts that arise independently of your submission.
This does not give Technobita permission to misuse confidential information or protected material you have provided. Any such material remains subject to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and any separate agreement between us.
Client agreements
If a signed agreement between you and Technobita conflicts with these Terms regarding paid project work, the signed agreement controls that work. These Terms continue to govern your use of the website itself.
Intellectual property
Technobita content
The Technobita name, logo, website design, original website content, diagrams, product names and other proprietary materials are owned by Technobita LLC or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may view the website and share links to public pages. You may not copy, reproduce or adapt website content for commercial purposes, or present it in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation, without our written permission.
Third-party content
Product screenshots, third-party names, trademarks, integrations and linked services referenced on the website remain the property of their respective owners and are subject to their own terms. Their appearance does not imply endorsement of Technobita by those parties.
Products, work stories and testimonials
Technobita products
Products built and operated by Technobita may have their own terms, privacy policies, subscriptions and commercial conditions. The corporate website does not replace those product terms, and information about a product on this website does not create a subscription or licence.
Work stories and case studies
Work stories on the website describe product and engineering decisions from real projects. They demonstrate how Technobita thinks and works. They do not guarantee identical outcomes for a future project. Where a work story shows demo data, current interfaces or historical interfaces, we aim to label them appropriately. Confidential client work is not published without appropriate permission.
Testimonials
Testimonials shown on the website are genuine and are published with the permission of the person quoted. A testimonial reflects that person's experience and does not guarantee the same result for another project.
AI, technology and outcomes
AI models and AI-generated outputs are probabilistic. Technobita does not guarantee that any AI system, including systems Technobita designs or builds, will be error-free or correct in every case. Good implementation can include evaluation, validation, controls and human review appropriate to the project, but it cannot remove uncertainty entirely.
Unless a signed agreement expressly states a narrowly defined obligation, Technobita does not guarantee any business outcome, including revenue, product-market fit, search ranking, AI citation, marketplace performance, user growth, conversion rate or cost savings. Good engineering can improve a product. It cannot guarantee how a market will respond.
No professional advice
Website content, including Insights articles, does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial, investment, medical or other regulated professional advice. Seek appropriate professional advice for your situation.
Third-party services and links
The website references and links to third-party products, APIs, platforms and websites. These are subject to their own terms, pricing and availability. Technobita is not responsible for third-party services, their content or changes to them that are outside our control.
Availability and accuracy
We may update, suspend or change website content at any time without notice. We do not promise that the website will always be available or free of interruption.
We aim to keep website information accurate. Product status, service descriptions and capabilities evolve over time, and some information may become out of date. We maintain internal registries and audit rules to reduce inconsistency, but we do not warrant that all content is complete or current at every moment.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Technobita LLC and its members, managers, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or connected with your use of the website or reliance on its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer or statutory rights that apply to you and cannot be excluded.
Your responsibility for misuse
If you misuse the website, breach these Terms or submit content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others, you agree to be responsible for, and to compensate Technobita for, reasonable losses, costs and claims that result directly from that misuse or submission, to the extent permitted by law.
Access, privacy and communications
We may restrict or block access to the website, or decline to process a submission, where reasonably necessary to protect security, prevent abuse or comply with the law.
Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
When you submit a project request or contact message, you agree that we may respond electronically to the email address you provide.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you in your place of residence, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have jurisdiction over disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of the website.
Before starting formal proceedings, we ask that you contact us so we can try to resolve the matter informally.
General terms
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest of the Terms will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Technobita regarding use of the website. Client agreements remain separate.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date and last updated date are shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
