Your Client Wants an AI Product
You own the relationship and product direction. We help turn the requirement into working software.
For Agencies
Bring us in when a client project needs deeper product, AI or software engineering capability. You keep the client relationship. We take responsibility for the agreed technical delivery.
Partnership Structure
Client Relationship
You remain the primary commercial relationship.
Your Agency
Technical Delivery
We take responsibility for the agreed product and engineering scope.
Technobita
Client Communication
Behind the scenes or direct when the project benefits from it.
Agreed Together
We are there to strengthen your delivery, not compete for ownership of the client relationship.
When to Bring Us In
Bring Technobita into the projects that need deeper technical capability than your agency normally keeps in-house.
You own the relationship and product direction. We help turn the requirement into working software.
Portals, internal systems, workflows and product functionality that need deeper engineering.
When manual processes, systems or AI capabilities need to work together reliably.
New functionality, AI capabilities, integrations or technical improvements inside an existing product.
Add technical capability for the right project without building a permanent software team.
Collaboration Models
We do not force one partnership structure. Visibility, communication and responsibility can be agreed around the project.

Protecting the Partnership
A technical partnership only works when commercial boundaries, communication and ownership are clear from the beginning.
01
We do not use an agency engagement as an opportunity to solicit your client directly.
02
We can work behind the scenes or communicate directly when that model is agreed for the project.
03
Agency work is not automatically published, promoted or turned into a Technobita case study.
04
Client ownership, approvals, design, engineering and handoff responsibilities are agreed before delivery.
Working With Your Delivery
You do not need to restart the project around us. We work from the design, code and delivery structure that makes sense after reviewing what already exists.
DESIGN HANDOFF
01Figma, wireframes, prototypes, specifications, design systems or an existing frontend.
EXISTING PRODUCT
02We can work with existing developers and code, but inherited systems are reviewed before scope and estimates are confirmed.
HANDOFF
03Core workflows, permissions, integrations, deployment and production ownership are verified for the agreed scope.
Agency FAQ
Yes. We can work behind your agency brand when that model fits, provided the technical team still receives the information, access and authority needed to deliver responsibly.
We can help assess fit, feasibility, rough technical direction and discovery needs. Substantial solution design may require a paid discovery engagement.
Ownership and licensing are defined clearly in the engagement agreement. Production ownership and handoff responsibilities are also documented before completion.
Agency engagements follow the actual technical scope. Your agency controls its client pricing subject to our agreement, while our terms can reflect scope, delivery model and repeat partnership.
Agency Partnership
Tell us what the client needs, what your agency wants to continue owning and where you need technical support. We can define the right working model from there.
